June Professional Development Luncheon
Topic: Building your business through Purpose, Passion and Process
About the Speaker:
Beau Noblitt
Founder of Launch Point Leader
Beau Noblitt is the Owner/ Operator of Two Chick-fil-A Restaurants in Murfreesboro, TN & the Founder and Owner of Launch Point Leader. He grew up working with his Dad in the HVAC business and learned the value of hard work and dedication to craft. Years later, when he was in college he decided to start his next professional chapter and worked his way up from the bottom in the quick service food industry. After years of working every job in the business, he and his wife took an opportunity to become business owners for the first time.
He became the Owner of a location no one else wanted and that had underperformed for nearly a decade. He and his wife worked open to close for years, never taking a day off. When his first child was born, his wife was working alongside him at the restaurant and she went straight to the hospital in labor! Now, 20 years later, he has learned a thing or two from those early days of working non-stop and having everyone depend on you. He has grown his business from 30 team members at one location to nearly 300 at multiple sites. Along the way he found a passion for leadership development. He believes that once you clarify the mission, adopt the right process, and partner with the right people, you can achieve things beyond your wildest dreams.
His hope with founding Launch Point Leader is to partner with other business owners in a systematic way. To help them grow so that more good can be done in this world. Above all, he believes that great leaders change the trajectory of communities and individuals. As Launch Point Leader continues to grow he is excited to partner with business owners to learn, lead, & launch.
