This seminar will present ideas on how to best structure a sales team for great results. We will start by reviewing information from businesses just like yours showing why so many small to mid-sized businesses fall short in building a sales team that thrives. Next, we will discuss the Top 10 Things businesses need to do that will help them build a sales structure for superior results.
About the Speaker:
Kerry Meacham
Owner, Fractional VP of Sales
Kerry Meacham has over 30 years of sales experience and 25 years managing sales teams with companies varying in revenues from $3M to $165M. He has worked with companies that build conveying equipment, stamped metal parts, automotive assemblies, farm equipment, and small motors. He has also worked with IT software and recycling companies. He has managed sales teams as small as 2 and as large as 50 in his career. His vision for Above the Line Strategies is “To give hope to owners that they can build a strong sales team for their company.”
Kerry grew up in a small rural area of Middle Tennessee, and he and his wife moved back to be close to their family here. He enjoys spending time playing with his grandson, fishing on Kentucky Lake, and cheering on the Titans with his wife.

There is no cost for attending and bringing your own lunch; however, if you would like a lunch provided from Domenico's, please pay $12 during registration. Registering AFTER Monday, July 8, will not have the option to order lunch.
Although registration is encouraged, if you become available at the last minute, please do not hesitate to swing by and join us. There is always room for more!
