Boys & Girls Clubs of Rutherford County is needing volunteers for their annual Stake & Burger event on Tuesday, October 24 at MTSU's Student Union Building.
Volunteers will be able to see the featured speaker, Rob "Gronk" Gronkowski! All volunteers will also be provided dinner.
Volunteers must arrive at 4:30 pm to help guests check in until 6:15 pm. The registration tables will be at the lower-level doors of MTSU's Student Union Building. Not only will you greet the guests and thank them for coming, but you will also need to check the guest in through our online registration system.
Boys & Girls Clubs has asked all volunteers to wear business casual attire or a BGC t-shirt with pants/jeans. Please wear comfortable shoes, as you will be standing for most of the registration process.
Parking instructions and a campus map will be provided to volunteers as the event date approaches.
