About the speaker: Jessica Prater is the Principal Consultant of J Prater Consulting and brings 15 years of experience in organizational development, training and human resources. As a 5th generation business owner and native Tennessean, she brings a unique understanding of the entrepreneurial spirit along with her 7 years of corporate experience. Jessica carries the professional certification of PHR and is pursuing her ACC coaching designation. She holds a Master of Arts degree from MTSU, where she returned in 2018 as an adjunct in the Psychology department. In addition to her consulting business, Jessica and her husband, Brant, run FixIt Tennessee, LLC, a residential remodeling business. They also help operate a family cattle farm where they focus on sustainable grass-fed beef. They live in Bell Buckle, and have one son, Levi.

Who: MYP Members + guests. Registering AFTER Tuesday April 11th will not have the option to order lunch.

Join MYP for our Monthly Professional Development Luncheon at Redstone Federal Credit Union, 3rd floor from 11:30am-12:30pm on Wednesday, April 12th.
There is no cost for attending and bringing your own lunch; however, if you would like a lunch provided from Domenico's, please pay $10 during registration.
Although registration is encouraged, if you become available at the last minute, please do not hesitate to swing by and join us - there’s always room for more.
