Mark Kenny is a keynote speaker and leadership advisor who helps organizations align people, priorities, and execution so they can move forward as one team.

Before becoming a speaker, Mark founded and led a software company, where he watched organizations invest in systems and processes while the real barriers to execution often existed between people. Those experiences ultimately shaped his Uncommon Collaboration™ framework.

His clients have included Nissan, Mars, Deloitte, the State of Tennessee, and numerous other organizations across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

This isn’t just another fantasy league—each league manager is playing on behalf of a local nonprofit, with proceeds going directly back to organizations making a difference in our community.
